What’s the difference between tenant enquiries (messages) and viewing requests?
An enquiry is an instant message that a tenant sends directly from your property advert. Tenants will use this if they want to find out more information about the property before booking a viewing. To do this, tenants will click 'Book a Viewing' on your property advert.
All tenant enquiries can be found in your Message Centre via the dashboard.
Viewing requests are direct requests to view your property. These can be found in the Viewings section of your dashboard. From here, you can talk to the tenant via the Message Centre, suggest a viewing time, or decline their request.
Upcoming and completed viewings are also available to view in the Viewings section of your dashboard.
