To book a viewing on a property that is being advertised, first search for a property in your desired location. Then, click the green 'book a viewing' button once you've found a property.
You will be asked to sign up for an account and provide some information including your:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
You may also be asked for the following information:
- Combined household income
- Guarantor availability (if required)
- Declaration of CCJs or IVAs
Depending on the property, you may have to confirm whether you are:
- A student
- Employed
- A smoker
- A pet owner
You will receive an email to verify your email address. Once your email address has been verified, your request will then be sent directly to the landlord, who will suggest a time for the viewing. If that time suits you, you can reply to the landlord and the booking will be made. If you can’t make that time, you can respond with a different time and wait for the landlord to confirm.
Please note: The rental market is very buoyant, with some properties receiving up to 50 enquiries.
