How do I use the Message Centre?

Landlords and tenants can communicate through the Message Centre. You can access the Message Centre via the Message tab in the left-hand side of your dashboard. From here, you can view your current conversations and start new ones.

All prospective tenant enquiries and can be responded to and arranged via the Message Centre.

For current tenants, you can let them know about property visits and discuss maintenance issues.

For safety and security, we encourage landlords and tenants to communicate directly through the Message Centre.
