How do I use the Message Centre?

Landlords and tenants can communicate through the Message Centre. You can access the Message Centre via the message icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. From here, you can view your current conversations and start new ones.
You can also access the Message Centre from other areas, including ViewingsTenants and Maintenance.
From the Message Centre, you can Archive and Delete messages. You also have the option to create and use Message Templates for regular communications.
All prospective tenant enquiries and can be responded to and arranged via the Message Centre.
For current tenants, you can let them know about property visits and discuss maintenance issues.
In the Message Centre, you can create and save Message Templates. This is useful when a landlord finds themselves having to send the same message multiple times.
For safety and security, we encourage landlords and tenants to communicate directly through the Message Centre.
