How do I change the date and time of my viewing?

You can change the time and date of unconfirmed and confirmed viewings.
For landlords
  • Go to the Viewings section of your dashboard
  • Find the viewing you would like to amend and click on Messages
  • Send the tenant a message to propose a new appointment
The tenant will receive an email notification letting them know that you have sent them a message.  
For tenants
If a landlord proposes a viewing time that you can't do, you can talk to them in the Message Centre to determine a date and time that suits you. 

If you have already confirmed a viewing but cannot make it, message the landlord to explain and rearrange another time and date. You will have to cancel your viewing and arrange it again.
