What happens if my tenant withdraws their application?

If the tenant no longer wants to rent the property and withdraws from the process, you will receive an email notification to let you know. In the Applications section of your dashboard, the application status will read Application cancelled.

You will then be able to invite another tenant to apply from the Tenants section of your dashboard. The property status will go from Let Agreed to Advertised and will be available on the property portals again for the remainder of the 8-week advertising time.
