How do I invite a tenant to apply to rent?

To invite a tenant to apply to rent your property, log into your landlord dashboard and follow the steps below.

Click Viewings in the left-hand menu
Select the tenants you wish to send the invite to then click Invite rentor to apply
Enter and carefully check the terms that have been agreed
Tick the I agree to the terms of the Holding Deposit checkbox
Click Confirm and invite

This lets the tenant know that you’d like them to rent your property. If they wish to proceed, tenants will then begin the application process directly from our platform.

The tenant will provide their personal details, including:

Full name, telephone number, email address
Gender and date of birth
Current residential address
Employment details
Financial history

They will also need to provide or confirm:

Their available move-in date
Whether or not they need a guarantor
A positive reference from a previous landlord

They will be asked to verify a UK bank account and confirm they want to move into the property by paying a holding deposit of one week’s rent.
