How is the tenancy agreement signed?

All tenancy agreements created via lettingaproperty.com are sent and signed online via Signable. Landlords and tenants do not need to meet to sign the tenancy agreement as there is no physical paperwork involved.

Landlords will sign the tenancy agreement straight after they have created it. The tenant will then receive an email prompting them to sign the tenancy agreement via lettingaproperty.com.

Landlords will get an email and notification once the agreement has been signed. Both landlords and tenants will be able to view the tenancy agreement in the Documents section of their dashboard.
