Landlords sign the tenancy agreement at the final stage of the tenancy setup. This is a digital process within the [lettingaproperty.com](http://lettingaproperty.com/) platform and no physical paperwork is involved. After this step, the tenant will receive an email alert, prompting them to sign the agreement via LettingaProperty.com. Landlords will get an email and notification once the signature is complete.  If the tenancy has a guarantor, the landlord and guarantor will receive an email to sign the guarantor agreement via Signable. This is a similar process with a digital signature.
