How do I receive viewing requests?

All tenant viewing requests are sent directly to the landlord. They are available to view in the Viewings section of the dashboard. From here, you can view all requested, upcoming and completed viewings.

A tenant’s request will have some information about them. It will also show answers to other criteria that you’ve set for the pre-viewing screening (such as whether they are a student, a smoker or have pets).
