Are tenants given my contact details?

Tenants who are interested in your property are given your first name, but no other personal contact details.

They can only ask questions or arrange viewings through the lettingaproperty.com platform. For security, we recommend all landlords communicate directly through our Message Centre and do not share their contact information with any prospective tenants.

Your details are never shared with tenants unless you share them yourself. When a viewing is confirmed, you will receive the tenant’s contact number. Please be aware that if you call the tenant, they may contact you via the number you call on if it is not withheld.

Once your tenant moves into your property, we recommend using the Message Centre in your dashboard so that all communication is recorded. Your contact number and home address are legally included in the tenancy agreement.
