Who is responsible for utilities?

Landlords must decide if any utility bills are included in the rent when they create their property advert. Some properties may be rented with all bills included, others may be entirely the tenant's responsibility.

Utility bill responsibilities will be specified in the property advert. This will also be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement - available to view at any time from the Documents section of the dashboard.
