When will I start receiving tenant enquiries?

If you have just published your advert, it may take up to two hours before your property is found in relevant searches on Rightmove, Zoopla, and PrimeLocation.

You will be alerted of any tenant enquiries or viewing requests via email. Tenant enquiries - a question or message from the tenant - will go directly to the Messages section of your dashboard.

Viewing requests can be found in the Viewings section. You will also receive an email notification letting you know you have a viewing request.

From Messages, you can respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings.
