When is my rent paid?

The rent is due on the 1st of every month for all tenancies.

Tenants will pay their first month’s rent, along with their tenancy deposit, when they sign their tenancy agreement via the lettingaproperty.com platform.

Once the tenancy begins, the rent must be paid via Open Banking or manual transfer every month. Tenants must make their payments from their dashboard unless they set up a standing order. They will receive a rent notification a couple of days before their rent is due to remind them.

When the due date falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday, the payment will be taken the next working day.
