If the tenant is unhappy with a part of the tenancy agreement, they can contact you via the *Message Centre* to discuss it. If you would like to make a change to the tenancy agreement before signature, you can do this by: - Going to *Properties* - Select the property - Go to *Viewings/Tenancies* - Click the eye icon on the right-hand side - Click on the red 'Cancel Contract' button This will cancel the current contract that has been sent out.
