      What if the tenant has an issue with the tenancy agreement?

      If the tenant is unhappy with a part of the tenancy agreement, they can contact you via the Message Centre to discuss it.
      If you would like to make a change to the tenancy agreement before signature, you can do this by:
      • Going to Properties
      • Select the property
      • Go to Viewings/Tenancies
      • Click the eye icon on the right-hand side
      • Click on the red 'Cancel Contract' button

      This will cancel the current contract that has been sent out. From here, you can edit your agreement and resend it to your tenant.
