What happens to my lettings plan if my tenant leaves?

All lettings plans are for a fixed term of 12 months. If your tenancy ends before this term, the remaining plan fees will be payable.

This can be deducted from the last rent payment fee due or requested as a direct payment. Outstanding subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
