What happens after application?

Once a tenant has applied to rent your property, you will receive an email notification letting you know that their application is ready to be reviewed.

You can view all applications under the Applications section of your dashboard. If your tenant has completed their application, you will have the option to Review application.

From here, you can view a full summary of your tenant’s application details - including whether they meet their property’s income requirements or require a guarantor.

You will have the option to Accept, Decline or Request a guarantor - depending on the tenant’s results. The platform will recommend actions based on the tenant’s results. If you are still unsure of how to proceed, you can contact our support team. If the application is accepted, the next step is to proceed to start referencing. This is included in all lettings plans.
