A lettingproperty.com referral is defined as the first purchase of a plan (Basic, Essential or Complete) by a person who has not previously purchased from lettingaproperty.com and has been referred by a lettingaproperty.com customer.
Referrer - An existing customer referring someone new to lettingaproperty.com
Referee - A new customer being referred to lettingaproperty.com
Who can be referred
The Refer a Friend programme is open to landlords with properties in the UK only.
You cannot refer someone who is registered at the same home or email address as yourself. All referees must have a different email address and contact number than the referrer. You cannot refer yourself by creating a new account with a different email address to claim the discount.
Anyone found to be using the Refer a Friend program for self-referrals will not be eligible for any reward.
How to refer
You can refer someone to lettingaproperty.com by completing the form on our Refer a Friend page.
The Referee will receive an email including a promotional code. This can be used to apply their £50 discount upon the purchase of any lettings plan.
The Referer is eligible to receive a £150 credit once the Referee has subscribed to a lettings plan and their tenant moves into the property.
Limitations
Management’s decision is final when determining the validity of landlords using this promotion. We will delete accounts of landlords promoting self-referrals.
lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to close the account of any referring customer and/or referred customer and to request proper payment if they have made a purchase in a fraudulent manner.
lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to close the account(s) of any referring customer and/or referred customer and to cancel any credit earned if the referring customer is found to have set up multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referral.
The level of the reward earned for qualified referrals is subject to change by lettingaproperty.com at any time without advance notice. The reward for referring landlords cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to cancel the Refer a Friend programme or to change these terms and conditions at any time at sole discretion.
