My tenant can’t pay their rent this month. What do I do?
If a tenant has said that they cannot pay their rent this month, the landlord should get in touch with our support team to discuss this. Our team of professionals can discuss your options with you.
It is recommended that all communication with tenants should be through the Message Centre. This provides a record of all conversations, should it be required later on if the issue escalates.
