How to make a rent payment

To make your rent payments you will need to log into your lettingaproperty.com account and follow these steps:

• Log into your Tenant dashboard
• Click on the property image
• Select the Financial tab
• Click the green button ‘Make Payment’
• Select how you would like to pay – Either ‘Open Banking’ or ‘Manual 
  Payment’

If you opt to pay by Open Banking you will be required to follow the next 
stages on the screen. Please be aware that 

If you pay manually, you will be greeted with the account details in order to 
make payment from your bank.

Please be aware that paying via Open Banking will incur a £2.35 transaction fee. Paying by manual bank transfer is free of charge.
