How do I view my tenant’s referencing results?

Once your tenant has completed referencing you will receive an email notification. You can also view the reference results on your lettingaproperty.com account.

Go to Referencing
Click on the eye symbol next to the tenant's name
Referencing results

The platform will recommend actions based on the tenant’s referencing result. This includes accepting and proceeding to tenancy setup, requesting a guarantor, declining the tenant or contacting the Support Team.
