How do I upload a document?

Landlords using lettingaproperty.com can upload their property documents to their dashboard. This includes gas safety records, electrical reports, EPCs and other tenancy-related documents. 

Uploading documents

• Log into your dashboard
• Go to Properties 
• Select the relevant property
• Click Filing

• Click Documents
• Click the +Add button
  
  

• Choose your Document type, e.g. EPC Certificate
• Click Choose file and upload the document from your files
• If the document has an expiry, you can add the date to get an email reminder when a new one is due.
