How do I report a repair with FixFlo?

If your landlord is on our Complete plan, your landlord will have property management with us. Just after you move into a property, you will receive an introductory email from FixFlo. This email will be lettingaproperty.com branded. This email will provide you with a link for you to create your account with FixFlo.

To log a repair with FixFlo, please follow the next steps~:

  • Click Report Issue 
  • Click on the relevant picture
  • You will have a couple of options to describe the issue. If none match the issue, click other. Depending on the issue you are reporting, you may be asked to provide some extra details.

For certain issues, a box may pop up to provide you with additional information/instructions or emergency numbers to contact. 

  • You will then be prompted to upload some photos of the repair issue.
  • Confirm the address details.
  • Check to ensure your contact details are correct as these details will be passed onto a contractor that may attend.
  • The final step is to confirm access arrangements and if there are any parking restrictions or security alarm.
  • Click I agree to the terms and conditions
  • Click the black Submit Issue button
