How do I renew my tenancy?

Landlords on the Complete, Essential or Basic plan will be prompted to renew their tenancy eight weeks before the tenancy is due to end.

Tenants can inform their landlord that they would like to stay in the property and renew at any time via the Message Centre.

At this stage, the landlord can decide whether to renew with current tenants or end the tenancy agreement. 

If the landlord wants to increase the rent, they must discuss this with the tenant beforehand. All rent increases will be reviewed by our support team.
