How do I renew my plan?

At the end of the tenancy period, landlords can renew their tenancy and lettings plan. We will contact you around eight weeks before the end of your tenancy to discuss your renewal options.

If your tenant wants to stay, renewals are charged at £79.00 per tenancy. If your current tenant does not want to stay, landlords can still renew their plan and readvertise their property.
