How do I reference a guarantor?

Tenants can declare that they will require a guarantor when they submit their application to rent a property. 

The guarantor will receive an email, asking them to confirm they are happy to be a guarantor. If the landlord accepts the tenant's application, the guarantor will undergo reference checks at the same time as the tenant(s). These checks will include a credit check and an income check.
