How do I know my viewing request has been received?
Once you submit a viewing request, you can see that it has been sent from the Viewings tab on your dashboard.
Once the landlord has received your request, they will suggest a time. You will get a notification asking you to confirm this time or propose a different time if you can’t make it. You can confirm the time from the Messages section of your dashboard.
