How do guarantor agreements work?
A guarantor agreement is a guarantor's signed agreement to be a guarantor for the tenant.
Unlike the tenancy agreement, landlords do not create the guarantor agreement themselves. This document is created by our expert Support Team and emailed to the landlord and guarantor to sign after the initial tenancy agreement has been signed.
The agreement comes with a copy of the tenancy agreement for the guarantor to read through and ensure they are happy.
They will sign the agreement digitally via Signable and it will be stored in Documents for all parties to view.
