How can I view the progress of my tenant’s reference check?

Landlords can monitor the progress of their reference checks from the Applications section of the dashboard.

Under the Tenancy Overview tab, landlords will find the referencing information for all tenants. They can set up or cancel referencing requests, request a guarantor and view a real-time progress bar for live references, and access completed results.
