How can I contact my landlord?

For safety and security, we encourage landlords and tenants to communicate directly through the Message Centre. Landlords and tenants can access the Message Centre via the Messages tab at the left-hand side of the dashboard.

The Message Centre can be used to discuss all property-related matters, such as inspections, maintenance visits, and rent payments.

When your landlord sends you a message, you will get an email to let you know.

Your landlord's name, address and telephone number are also legally included in the tenancy agreement.
