Do I receive rent if my property is vacant or the tenancy has ended early?

No. If your tenant has surrendered the tenancy and vacated the property, you will not receive any further rent.

Rental payments stop from the date the tenancy ends and the tenant moves out.

Landlords on the Rent Assured and Complete Care plans are only covered by Rent Protection while a signed tenancy agreement is in place and the tenant remains in the property.
