Can I use my own tenancy agreement?

All landlords on a paid lettings plan have access to the Digital Contract Maker. Landlords are required to use the standard tenancy agreement provided by lettingaproperty.com on a paid plan. This ensures all landlords and tenants are protected and that all tenancy agreements are legally compliant.
Landlords on a paid plan cannot upload their own tenancy agreement. The Digital Contract Maker includes a list of legally compliant, optional clauses that may apply to the property, such as gardens and outdoor areas, bins and storage and alterations to the property.
Landlords using the lettingaproperty.com platform without a paid plan can upload their own tenancy agreement to the Documents section of their dashboard. This is a document upload only and tenants cannot sign the document this way. If an online signature is required, it is possible to upgrade to a paid plan to use the Digital Contract Maker and add any additional clauses before sending.
