Can I pay my rent by manual transfer?

Yes, tenants can pay their rent and/or deposit by manual transfer.

When setting up your rent payments, choose Manual Transfer. You will then be shown the bank details and the payment reference you should use.

You will need to access your personal banking to make this payment. You can either make the manual transfer every month or set up a standing order.

Alternatively, you can opt for Open Banking, where you must log into the lettingaproperty.com dashboard to make your monthly payment.

Please be aware that paying via Open Banking will incur a £2.35 transaction fee. Paying by manual bank transfer is free of charge.
