Can I get a check-out if I don’t have an inventory?

Yes, you can. A check-out inspection can still be carried out, even if you didn't have an inventory at the start of the tenancy.

Although an inventory is strongly recommended, if you find yourself without one, it's better to at least have a check-out inspection than to have no inventory or inspection at all.
