Can I change my move-in date?

Yes, tenants can request to change their move-in date if needed. To do this, tenants can contact the landlord via the Message Centre. If the tenancy agreement has been signed, new tenants won’t be able to move in before the specified tenancy start date, but it may be possible to delay your move-in date.

If a tenant delays their move-in, they will still be paying rent from the tenancy start date specified in the tenancy agreement.
