Useful definitions
Affiliate – An external partner who is working with lettingaproperty.com to generate leads
Partnerships Manager – the lettingaproperty.com team member responsible for securing, supporting and managing the relationship with affiliate partners
Lead – A contact created and sent to lettingaproperty.com
Validated Lead/MQL - A confirmed landlord contact looking to use lettingaproperty.com, including a correct phone number and email address
Unvalidated Lead/Archive – A contact created and sent to lettingaproperty.com as Lead with an incorrect email and/or phone number, or confirmed not to be a landlord (tenant/letting agency)
Client - A lettingaproperty.com customer, subscribed to a Basic, Essential or Complete lettings plan

lettingaproperty.com is an online rental platform, designed to help landlords and tenants better manage the end-to-end rental process, with control, visibility and security.
We have been in business since 2008, providing an online lettings service to thousands of landlords and tenants across England, Scotland and Wales.
PropMedia Ltd trading as lettingaproperty.com is a registered company limited by guarantee (no. 6679146). The registered address is 10 Ardent Court, William James Way, Henley in Arden, Warwickshire, B95 5GF.
We are registered members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA), The Property Ombudsman, Safe Agent and we hold Client Money Protection Insurance.

Affiliate onboarding process
Once the company or individual has agreed to become an Affiliate partner, lettingaproperty.com will require their full details and information on how they intend to:
- Advertise and promote lettingaproperty.com's services
- Send Leads to lettingaproperty.com
lettingaproperty.com will provide:
- Relevant assets to support the promotion
- A specific affiliate link to track Leads generated by the Affiliate
- A contract for the Affiliate to confirm the details of the agreement
Managing affiliate partnerships
Monitoring use
lettingaproperty.com reserve the right to review the Affiliate's website, referrals and services from time to time, including without limitation with respect to its compliance with the terms of the Agreement. Where such monitoring reveals that the affiliate is non-compliant with any of the terms of the Agreement, lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to suspend the agreement.
Lead conversion
lettingaproperty.com will manage any Leads supplied, but cannot guarantee they will convert to a Client on a Basic, Essential or Complete lettings plan. lettingaproperty.com will not be liable or responsible for any failure to convert Leads.
Commission payments
Commissions are paid out once the property let by the Client has been Let Agreed, including a 30-day validation process.
