      Affiliate partnership policy

      Effective Date: 23 April 2025

      1. Purpose

      This policy outlines the terms and procedures governing affiliate partnerships with Lettingaproperty.com. It sets out expectations, roles, and processes for participation in our affiliate programme.

      2. Definitions

      • Affiliate – An individual or business partner working with Lettingaproperty.com to generate landlord leads.

      • Partnerships Manager – The internal point of contact responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting affiliates.

      • Lead – A contact submitted by the affiliate.

      • Validated Lead (MQL) – A verified landlord lead with a working email and phone number, showing interest in using Lettingaproperty.com services.

      • Unvalidated Lead – A contact with invalid information or not a landlord (e.g., tenants, letting agents).

      • Client – A landlord who subscribes to a Rent Collect, Rent Assured or Complete Care plan.

      3. Company Overview

      Lettingaproperty.com is a UK-based online lettings platform operated by PropMedia Ltd (Company No. 6679146). We provide digital rental services across England, Scotland, and Wales. We are members of UKALA, Safe Agent, and The Property Ombudsman, and hold Client Money Protection insurance.

      4. Affiliate Onboarding

      To join the affiliate programme, the affiliate must:

      • Agree to the affiliate terms and conditions

      • Provide contact information and promotional plans

      Lettingaproperty.com will provide:

      • Promotional materials and brand assets

      • A unique affiliate tracking link

      • A formal agreement detailing terms

      5. Lead Management

      All leads submitted by the affiliate will be managed by Lettingaproperty.com. While we aim to maximise conversion, we do not guarantee that leads will result in new Clients.

      We reserve the right to:

      • Validate and qualify all leads

      • Reject or archive unvalidated leads

      • Remove duplicated or misrepresented contacts

      6. Commission and Payment

      Commission is payable once the referred landlord becomes a Client and has reached the Let Agreed milestone. All commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period.

      Payments are made to the affiliate by prior agreement once:

      • The lead has converted to a paying Client

      • The tenancy has been confirmed as Let Agreed

      7. Monitoring and Compliance

      Lettingaproperty.com may monitor affiliate activity to ensure adherence to agreed terms. This includes reviewing how leads are promoted and submitted. Breaches of agreement or misuse of brand may result in the suspension or termination of the affiliate relationship.

      We reserve the right to amend this policy and affiliate agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated to all active affiliates.
