LetsProtect is a legal protection benefit included in our letting plans. 

LetsProtect provides landlords with legal expenses up to £50,000 covering:

• Getting possession of your insured property
• Alternative accommodation and storage costs
• Recovering rent owed to you
• Damage caused to your insured property
• Nuisance or trespass
• Disputes over the purchase of goods or services
• Attending court as a witness
• Defence of criminal prosecutions
• HMRC enquiries into your personal tax affairs
