LetsProtect is a legal protection benefit included in our Basic, Essential and Complete plans. These terms should be read in addition to our website and platform terms, privacy policy and user terms.

LetsProtect provides landlords with legal expenses up to £50,000 covering:

• Getting possession of your insured property
• Alternative accommodation and storage costs
• Recovering rent owed to you
• Damage caused to your insured property
• Nuisance or trespass
• Disputes over the purchase of goods or services
• Attending court as a witness
• Defence of criminal prosecutions
• HMRC enquiries into your personal tax affairs
