After submitting your viewing request, the landlord will receive an instant notification via email. It’s then up to them to send you a proposed time. The response time can vary, depending on the level of tenant interest and how busy the landlord is. Typically, landlords will respond within 48 hours of the viewing request, but it may take longer.

You can also follow up with the landlord via the Message Centre if you do not receive a response.
