How do I know my viewing request has been received?

Once you submit a viewing request, you can see the status of your request in the Viewings section of your dashboard. You can see that your request has been sent from the Request sent status next to the property.

Once the landlord has received your request, they will suggest a time. You will get a notification asking you to confirm this time, or propose a different time if you can’t make it. You can confirm the time from the Viewings section of your dashboard.
