When a tenant submits a viewing request, you can schedule a viewing with them by responding with a proposed time and date.
The tenant’s request will include their availability, but it’s up to you (the landlord) to propose a time and date.
You can schedule a viewing from the Viewings section of your dashboard.
- Find the request you would like to accept
- Click Suggest a time
- Select a time and date
Your proposed viewing time will be sent to the tenant for them to confirm or suggest a different time. You also have the option to add a message that will be sent to the tenant via the Message Centre. You will receive a notification when the tenant confirms the viewing time. You can view your confirmed viewings under Upcoming viewings in the Viewings section of your dashboard.
If you need to change the arranged time or date, you can do this by clicking the Change button next to your upcoming viewing.
