How can tenants request to view my property?

Tenants can request to view a property directly from the property advert on lettingaproperty.com. They can click Book a viewing on the right-hand side of the property.

The tenant must provide their name, email address and phone number.

If the landlord opts for tenant pre-viewing screening, the tenant must also give the following information:

Combined household income
Guarantor availability (if required)
Declaration of CCJs or IVAs

Depending on the criteria set, they may have to confirm whether they are:

A student
Employed
A smoker
A pet owner

They will also have to confirm their availability for viewings and will have the opportunity to submit any questions. This information will be available to the landlord when the tenant requests a viewing.
