How do I change the date and time of my viewing?

This article explains how landlords and tenants can reschedule property viewings using the dashboard. 
For landlords
  • Go to the Viewings section of your dashboard
  • Find the viewing you would like to amend and click on Messages
  • Send the tenant a message to propose a new viewing time
  • The tenant will receive an email notification letting them know you’ve sent an update
For tenants
  • If a proposed viewing time doesn’t work for you, reply in the Message Centre to agree on a different viewing time.
  • If you’ve already confirmed a viewing but can’t attend, message the landlord to cancel and reschedule your viewing.
