How do I know my viewing request has been received?
Once you’ve submitted a viewing request, you can check its status anytime from the Viewings tab in your dashboard.
When the landlord receives your request, they’ll suggest a viewing time.
You’ll then get a notification asking you to:
- Confirm the suggested time, or
- Propose a different time if you’re unavailable
To respond, go to the Messages section of your dashboard and reply directly to the landlord.
Once you confirm, the agreed time will appear in your Viewings tab
