Tenants have the option to pay their rent and deposit funds via Open Banking.  Open Banking is a smart alternative to traditional Direct Debits and manual payments. With your consent, your rent payments will be instantly paid every month, making paying your rent faster, easier and safer than ever. Your money and personal data are completely safe and no funds will be taken without your permission.  If you opt to pay your rent via Open Banking, you must do this on the lettingaproperty.com platform, direct from your dashboard. If you have previously made a payment via Open Banking but now wish to make a manual transfer, you must get the payment details from our platform and not use the details from the existing Open Banking payment. Please be aware that paying via Open Banking will incur a £2.35 transaction fee.
