Landlords should receive their rent every month. All rent payments are paid by the tenant via Open Banking or manual transfer through the[lettingaproperty.com](http://lettingaproperty.com/) platform. If a tenant’s payment is late, it will appear in the *Payments* section of the dashboard. Landlords can contact tenants via the *Message Centre* to discuss late payments and other issues. Landlords on the [Complete Plan](https://www.lettingaproperty.com/rent-on-time) will receive their full monthly rent amount within five days of their specified due date - regardless of whether the tenant pays late or doesn’t pay at all. Landlords on the [Essential Plan](https://www.lettingaproperty.com/guaranteed-rent) will receive their full monthly rent amount within six weeks of the due date.
