What gets tested during an EICR inspection?
An EICR electrical inspection involves testing the ‘fixed’ wiring of the property, including all socket outlets (plug sockets), light fittings and the consumer unit (or fuse box). This also includes permanently connected equipment, such as showers and extractor fans.
