What does the application process involve?

A tenant's application to rent is essentially an opportunity to review their information before proceeding to formal reference checks.

Once a tenant has submitted their application to rent, you receive an email notification to let you know their application is waiting.

You can view applications in the Applications section of your dashboard. From here, you can review the tenant’s information and decide whether to Accept, Decline or Request guarantor. The platform will recommend actions based on the tenant’s results. If you are still unsure of how to proceed, you can contact our support team.
