I've purchased a service, how do I get started?

If you have purchased a service via lettingaproperty.com, you can arrange this from your landlord dashboard. 


This applies to all services purchased through our landlord services page, including property inspections, safety inspections, photography, professional viewings and more. To arrange your service:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • On the left-hand side, go to Products
  • Find the service in the list 
  • Click Get Started
  • Fill out the contact details

A member of our team or our professional service provider will be in touch to arrange a time and date for your service as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days. If you have put your tenant as the point of contact, they will be contacted instead.

Key handover

If your service requires a key handover, such as professional viewings, please state where the keys are in the comment box. If you have a key gate or key box at the property, please state this in the comments with the passcode for the clerk to gain access.
