Is tenant referencing required?

Tenant referencing is required for all landlords on the Basic, Essential and Complete Plans. The Rent Protection included in the Essential and Complete plans requires all tenants and guarantors to have passed referencing.

 

Two tenant reference checks are already included in these plans and do not need to be purchased separately.
