Is referencing included in my plan?

Two comprehensive tenant reference checks are included in the Basic, Essential and Complete plans. The Rent Protection included in Essential and Complete requires all tenants and guarantors to have passed referencing.

If more than two reference checks are required (for tenants or guarantors) they must be purchased separately.
